Order process, shipping costs and payment method

Basic necessary informations for foreign orders

Do you want to order from foreign countries like Italy, GB, France,Austria or other countries?
Or do you like to order from non EU member countries?

There are 2 possibilities:

1. Use and fill out the onlineform for your individual order application. Please click here.

Using this version, you´ll get all informations and calculations about the country-specific shipping costs, customs and fees. There are between 9,- EURO for many EU-Countries (e.g. the Netherlands) and 28,- EURO for countries outside the EU (e.g. Surinam). To calculate the individual shipping cost, you need to give us detailed adress informations.

2. An online order in our onlineshop (Possibility for orders from EU-Countries till package weight of 2 kg! Otherwise use version1)

In this case, shipping costs are generally calculated 22,- EURO, indepently from the order value.
There are general shipping costs for foreign orders, also the order value is more than 20,- EURO.
Please be patient with intermediate payment. You´ll receive an E-Mail with exact informations of the payment method.

The transporting time depends on our partner, DHL. It will last between 5 to 12 business days, after cash receipt and process of the order.
